VETERANS' BADGES DISPLAY AT LIBRARY

On show: Ian and library boss Myra Paterson

Visitors to Cardonald Library can check out a display of the various Veterans' Badges available - and some of the local men an women who have received them.

These lapel badges are available to those who served in the Armed Forces up to 1995, Merchant Navy Seafarers who served in a warzone before 1970, Bevin Boys, and women who were in the Land Army and Timber Corps.
