A new Roman mandolin is destined for the shores of France… This modèle Martineau, number 116, is constructed of sugar maple, Carpathian spruce, ebony and cherry. It has an elevated armrest to fit a pickup, pearl finial, curly maple purflings, and Waverly tuners. All carvings done by hand — no CNC ever.
