Information:

Since Cabo Verde (formerly, Cape Verde) is not a Member of ISO, the Ministry of infrastructures, Transport and Telecommunications of Cabo Verde, as a Member of ITU, unilaterally designated the Agência NAcional das Comunicações (ANAC) as the registration authority for this OID. This decision was noted by ITU-T SG17 at the Sep 2008 meeting and by ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 6 at their Nov 2008 meeting.
ANAC has later been replaced by Agência Reguladora Multissectorial da Economia (ARME) as communication authority.
