China, Russia prepare for joint drills

A squadron of the Pacific Fleet ships left Vladivostok for the naval port of Qingdao, China's Shandong Province, on Sunday to take part in the first Russian-Chinese military drills to be held next week, a press statement from the Pacific Fleet reported.

7 people murdered in Artyom

Seven people, including two children, were found dead in the town of Artyom (50 kilometers from Vladivostok) on Sunday, The Vladivostok reported.
