Vivendi Games portfolio of studios and publishing labels includes Blizzard Entertainment, Sierra Entertainment, Radical Entertainment, Massive Entertainment, Swordfish Studios and High Moon Studios. The company also has Vivendi Games Mobile as a studio for wireless game design and distributing.

The parent company was created in December 2000, following Vivendi's successful merger with Canal+ and Seagram. Vivendi (originally Vivendi Universal Publishing, up through April of 2006) is a leader in media and telecommunications with activities in music, interactive games, television, film, fixed and mobile telecommunications.
