May 2, 2002 - BioWare made us all extremely happy during our recent visit to their Edmonton studio. Not only did they let us try out the single- and multiplayer aspects of Neverwinter Nights; they also allowed us to try out their new scenario design tool set, Aurora. We'll be covering the specifics of the toolset in an upcoming feature. You'll soon be able to grab the tools online or through pre-ordering the game at certain retailers.

BioWare stress that this version of the toolset is only a beta and will not include the ability to test out your modules in an actual play session. Scenarios created with the beta might not work with the final game when it ships this summer.
