Another Hollywood marriage has bitten the dust.  Patricia Arquette has just filed for divorce from Thomas Jane.  Arquette says her two-year marriage to Thomas Jane needs to end siting the generic “irreconcilable differences,” reasoning. They have a five-year-old daughter and no prenup.  Patricia’s already armed herself with well practiced lawyer to the stars,  Laura Wasser, who also just filed on behalf of Kate Walsh.

Jennifer Love Hewitt and Ross McCall have called off their engagement and have broken up according to People Magazine. The newly slimmed down Ghost Whisperer star, 29, got engaged to the Scottish actor, 32, in November 2007 after dating for two years. Perhaps Ross liked more meat on her bones the disgusting pig! My bad taste in humor is in reference to when they got engaged during thigh-gate when the infamous 2007 bikini pictures and the ensuing controversy over her body image.  Now J-Love has slimmed back down as she readied herself for 30 and marriage,and is back to wearing 10 outfits per episode of Ghost Whisperer (my spouse insists we watch and I am just bitter).

Jett Travolta’s autopsy has been completed, and a source close to the investigation tells E! Online, “It is not a suspicious death. Jett, who had a history of health problems, was killed by a “seizure,” according to the death certificate issued today.

The autopsy was completed around 12pm local time, and Jett’s body is currently at the Restview Memorial Mortuary and Crematorium on Grand Bahama. Bahamian official (and close Travolta family friend) Obie Wilchcombe says that the family has considered a possible viewing tomorrow, but the remains are being prepared for immediate transport back to Florida.

 There are a few things that will be speculated on and become urban legend about Jett’s death however.  A staffer at the Restview Memorial Mortuary and Crematorium, which is preparing Jett’s body for the flight back to the States, says there was no indication of head trauma. That contradicts initial statements made by local police, who said that Jett had hit his head on the bathtub in his room at the Old Bahama Bay resort, presumably after suffering the seizure.  Also apparently Jett suffered grand mal seizures for years that were “frequent and extremely serious.”   They were so bad, “each seizure was like a death,” with Jett losing consciousness and convulsing.

Jett reportedly took a drug called Depokate for “several years,” reducing his seizures from an average of every four days, to approximately once every three weeks. But the drug eventually lost its effectiveness, according to the Travolta’s lawyers. They say “it began to cause serious physical damage” including damage to Jett’s liver.  So Travolta and Preston, after consulting neurosurgeons, reportedly stopped administering the drug. Jett was apparently not given a substitute drug to try and went back to having at least one seizure every four days at the time of his death.

In a real life ‘rags to riches’ story, 16 year old Daniela Cott, a poverty stricken young woman from the streets of Argentina, has become the newest sign-on with legendary Elite Models.

Daniela was living a rough life as a cartonero, someone who wanders the streets of Buenos Aires, sifting through trash cans for recyclables to turn in for a few cents a piece, something her entire family has been doing since her parent’s lost their jobs three years ago.

It was during one of these forages that she was spotted by Marina Gonzalez, the world-renowned necklace designer, as Daniela dug through the bins in a popular local fashion district. Over night, her life was changed forever.

Gonzalez convinced the girl to take a few photographs, which were sent to a popular talent agent, and from there a whirlwind fairytale began, with Daniela going on to win the coveted Elite Model Look competition, which has launched such careers as Cindy Crawford’s.

‘I was lucky enough to be in the right place at the right time,” Daniela said. ‘The modeling work hasn’t been easy. I used to say that modeling on a catwalk or posing for photographs couldn’t be very difficult. Now I realize it is difficult, but not as hard as collecting rubbish.’

Actor Gary Oldman seems to believe in the idea of marriage but so far the execution hasn’t been real good.  Oldman divorced from his third wife the former model Donya Fiorentino in 2001, after his previous marriages to Hollywood star Uma Thurman and English actress Lesley Manville broke down.

But the British star now 50, married for the fourth time, tying the knot with musician Alexandra Edenborough at a secret ceremony in California last week, according to reports.

Alexandra 31, was born in Somerset England but now works as a jazz singer in Los Angeles.

Oldman had a well-documented battle with alcoholism in the 1990s, but now says he has beaten his addiction and is teetotal.

Oldman has quite the acting resume with movie roles including Sex Pistol Sid Vicious in 1986’s Sid & Nancy,  Lee Harvey Oswald in JFK, Count Dracula in Bram Stoker’s Dracula, and Harry Potter’s godfather Sirius Black. He also starred in Batman Begins, and The Dark Knight.

Howard Stern announced on his Sirius radio show Monday morning that Rebecca Romijn and husband Jerry O’Connell have welcomed twin girls. Jerry is a self-proclaimed “Super Super Fan” of The Howard Stern Show, so he likely made sure his buddy was tipped off first.

For Romijn, 36, the blessed event couldn’t have come soon enough. She told Page Six magazine she was ready to give birth in November.

“I can’t move anymore… I’m a beached whale!” she said. “I have not been without a bra this entire pregnancy. I refuse. I’m not taking any chances. I’m determined to keep the puppies up!”

She also revealed that the twins were conceived without the help of in vitro fertilization or the fertility drug Clomid.

“A year ago, we tried Clomid for a couple of months unsuccessfully,” Romijn said. “But by the second month, I was like, ‘Ahhh! I hate this!’ I think when you start messing with your own hormones, it’s crazy-making.”

Having babies is a dream, she added.

“I was never a girl who dreamed about what her wedding day would be like, but I’ve always dreamed about decorating my baby’s nursery.”

And Jerry will make a “fantastic dad,” she said. “He’s a pragmatic, smart, savvy, enthusiastic person. He really lives his life with tremendous integrity, and he’s a healthy person in every single way.”
