The Citadel of Poseidon
Here you'll find data, numbers, info, wallpapers and quite a few housing blocks for the game Zeus - Master of Olympus and its expansion Poseidon.
This page was made to provide a data site for Zeus and Poseidon after Grumpus' Which Way to Troy? site went down in July 2001 for unknown reason.
I hope you find this site useful for planning your cities. If you think some data should be added or think data is wrong, let me know.

Furthermore, I've prepared two downloadable versions of the site for your convenience:
- Complete version (7.3MB) - full copy of the site, including wallpapers and concept art
- Lite version (1.2MB) - light version, doesn't include wallpapers or concept art

WARNING to people in Europe who are considering buying the game: Zeus was recently re-released in the UK by a company named "Sold Out". The bad thing about this: if you get this version, you will not, I repeat, NOT, be able to install the 1.1 patch, get the adventure editor, create adventures or play custom adventures.
I've contacted Sold Out's customer support, and the reply was, in short, that they will not do anything about this.

Tom Dadon contacted me and told me he had a concept art image of Hera on his harddisk, and offered to send it to put on my site. Of course I accepted that offer, and due to the big yellow/orange 'G' logo at the bottom of the image I managed to find a similar picture of Atlas at GameSpot.
To put it short: the concept art pictures of Hera and Atlas can be viewed by clicking on their statues on the sanctuary page.

Sad news: the official Zeus and Poseidon sites are closed by Vivendi Universal because they "felt that supporting the websites was no longer desirable because of their age and reduced sales of the games themselves".
This is a sad loss: those two sites had loads of information and concept art, and of course the official walkthroughs for all adventures shipped with the games. Thanks to VUG for giving permission to post them, those walkthroughs are still available here, at my site.

It seems I finally put up the 'new' version of the site. A short summary of what has changed:
- I modified the underlying code of the pages totally, but that's barely visible in the layout if you're using an up-to-date browser. People with older browsers, like Netscape 4, will not be able to see the fancy design (if you're still using such a browser, upgrade the damn thing!)
- I added two new housing blocks: Michailos' Common Housing Square and Kenneth's Mixed Block
- all texts are revised, checked for spelling/grammar errors and the like. If you still see errors, report them
- some of you requested more images, especially for the pyramids page. Well, there they are
- pages are now all printer-friendly: just try to print one (or just do File -> Print preview in your browser)
- the guestbook is not working until further notice; I still need to figure some stuff out for that, and besides, with only 20-40 visitors a day, who would want to sign?
- last but not least: I added a few exclusive pictures to the sanctuary section: just click a god statue there and see for yourself

Yay! An update...
Ticaios assembled some nice lot of Greek myths plus a family tree. You can go to his
