About This Game

Get ready for the Big Leagues with MIKE PIAZZA'S STRIKEZONE. There are updated rosters for all 30 major league teams, and 1997 rosters are also available. The action can take place in any of the 30 big-league ballparks, with statistics from the 1997 season encompassing 50 categories. You also get realistic weather conditions that correspond to the ballpark's location and time of year. You can opt to change league names, team names, team abbreviation, uniforms, city names, and manager names or give a player a new identity by renaming him, assigning him a new number, and maxing his abilities. The GM function allows drafts, trades, and free agency but don't try to pull a fast one, because the game will not allow unequal trades. The players are fully polygonal, which results in a more exciting presentation. Take full advantage of the responsive gameplay and vicariously experience the excitement of a live-action ball game with MIKE PIAZZA'S STRIKEZONE.
