Sequel to EA SPORTS Cricket 2002. The predecessor provides a solid foundation from which Electronic Arts has decided to move the franchise upward to a level in line with other PlayStation 2 second generation titles. In development for 18 months (the company skipped Cricket 2003), the game packs a much higher number of features and options. Cricket 2004 features all the international teams and players, different player sizes, full licenses from the ACB, ECB, NZ Cricket and the South African Cricket team, and 75 accurately modeled stadiums. The new "flexible play" allows the player to be fully involved in the selection of batsmen and bowlers, the placing of fielders. Chose manual fielding, or simply let the intelligent AI position your fielders for you.
