Dawn of War II: Chaos Rising Review

By Anthony Gallegos | PC Reviews | Mar 12, 2010 12:01 PM | Comment

From the groundbreaking original Dawn of War to last year's RPG-influenced sequel, developer Relic knows how to push real-time strategy into territories most of us didn't even realize we wanted to play in. Still, with ideas as great as DoW2's, it doesn't take much to get me ready to drop my brother Space Marines into combat once more. Read More »

Why Your Loved Ones Hate Videogames

By Michael Drucker | Humor | Mar 12, 2010 9:00 AM | Comment

We all have loved ones that hate videogames. Well, most of us do. Some of us are very alone. And I don't mean, "Buying groceries for one" alone. I mean "Considering Adult Friendfinder" alone.

But why? Why do we have friends, relatives, and consensual sex partners that share our taste in movies, books, and positions but not our appreciation for BioShock?

It's almost impossible for non-gamers to like videogames. Why? Read More »

MGS: Peace Walkin' with Kojima

By AJ Hall | PSP Videos | Mar 11, 2010 3:05 PM

Watching this Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker gameplay vid you get the sense that the player knows what they're doing. And you'd be right, because the player is MGS mastermind Hideo Kojima. He takes us through eight minutes of gameplay, showing off gadgets like optic wall camo and a wooden decoy. My favorite bit, though, is the AC-style ladder kill. Ezio would be proud, if not confused.
