We'll see the first applications for Nintendo's Vitality Sensor, and my money's on seeing 3D Mario Kart for the 3DS. I'm also hoping for Super Shadow Complex.

Along with the Zelda sequel, Nintendo's 3DS handheld will take center stage. I can't wait to see how they'll show off stereoscopic 3D to the masses at its conference!

E3 2010, the largest show in videogaming, kicks off Sunday, June 13 when Microsoft showcases Project Natal and continues through the week. As always, IGN will bring you comprehensive coverage with news, game previews, game trailers, show-floor videos, video interviews, game screenshots, press announcements, and much more. The press conferences will be covered live including the Nintendo press conference, the Microsoft press conference and the Sony press conference. IGN's Live streaming show with game demos and interviews with game developers and game publishers will be hosted by Jessica Chobot and the IGN editors.
