Cricket World Cup: The good, the bad, and the unprepared
It’s strange. A few weeks ago we were singing their praises after a historic victory over a disorganised Australia outfit. Yet what we must realise is that despite the tremendous rise up the Test rankings, the one-day side is still struggling much to the frustration of English fans.I don’t know about you, but it is rather difficult to perceive victory at the impending World Cup later this month.

I’ve always been dubious about taking the “gap yah” that many pre and post students take. I find myself wondering if it’s just a glorified extended holiday where more often than not the same places are visited and similar people are sought out.
