Better Ballots: New York Times endorses usability testing in elections
In a lead editorial, the New York Times says "[Congress] should also mandate pre-election usability testing and make funds available for it." The editorial responds to a study by the Brennan Center for Justice that reports on the impact on elections of poor usability and confusing instructions.
