:: NRC ON-LINE REPORTING TOOL :: The National Response Center has deployed an On-Line Reporting Tool. This tool provides users of the internet the ability to easily submit incident reports to the NRC. The Reporting Party will receive an email containing the report number upon submission of the report. The reporting tool can be used for any report usually made to the NRC telephonically, including maritime suspicious activity and breach of security reports. The on-line HELP feature will assist users in all facets of the tool. We invite you to utilize the NRC On-Line Reporting Tool by clicking here. ::NATIONAL RESPONSE CENTER MISSION:: The NRC is a part of the federally established National Response System and is the sole national point of contact for reporting all oil, chemical, radiological, biological and etiological discharges into the environment, anywhere in the United States and its territories. The NRC also takes maritime reports of suspicious activity, security breaches, and terrorist related activities within the waters of the United States and its territories. If you have an incident to report to the NRC, please contact our toll-free number (800) 424-8802 or use our on-line reporting tool found on this page. If you have specific questions relating to the mission of the NRC, we encourage you to send an email to the NRC Duty Officer and you will receive a reply within 24 hours. Unless otherwise specified in the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations, the NRC does not accept reports that are emailed or faxed.
