Sometimes, when a display picture is created you might get a notification that the DP exceeded the maximum limit allowed by BlackBerry.
This happens when the size of the FlashDP created exceeds 32 KiloBytes. BlackBerry has placed this limit to animated display pictures, and if it exceeds this limit, the display picture will not animate on BBM.
If this happens, then you can recreate the display picture with a simpler setting or simpler image and lesser text. we always strive to create display pictures that does not exceed the limits but sometimes this happens anyway. This is beyond our control.
