Little bit of East African flavour is lost on Eurovision

It's May and once again, its time for the biggest music show in Europe (literally). It's the Eurovision time
And this year there was little bit of East African flavour in Eurovision. HEY...there are many mythical phantom European nations competing in the Eurovision, like Israel(you know that Middle Eastern country that is actually like so in Europe) and Azerbaijan and Armenia you know the central Asian countries.
Anyway,Norway and San Marino had two lovely singers via East Africa representing their adopted homelands. 
But before they enterd the Finals they had to go through the semis and that's where the luck run out for our lovely girls.
First was Norway (actually second after Poland)
Stella Mwangi via Kenya sang Haba Haba, hujaza kibaba. The thing is I was really, really rotting for my Kenyan sister, but the song just didn't have that... something it was repetitive and reminded me of Shakira's Waka Waka. Back in Norway perhaps Queen of Scandinavian Soul and R&B Noora Noor may be bit happy with the results. Stella beat her to enter the Eurovision.
Second East African representing Europe was Eriterian descended Senit. Representing micro state of San Marino
Now Senit's Stand By was good Now I loved Senit's entry and was really shocked when it didn't go through. Either way UK is winning it this year with Blue's I can. 
Glad Noora didn't get chosen by Norwegian people to enter the Eurovision,Noora is so way above it.

Met Gala 2011 Alexander McQueen night

Each year they hold the Oscar's of Fashion at New York. This years Met Gala honoured one of my favourite designers the late Alexander 'Lee' McQueen last night. NYC girl and former close friend of Lee, Sarah Jessica Parker wore Alexander McQueen and so did supermodels Gisele Budchen and Naomi Campbell and Salma Hayek.Many celebrities came out all wearing dazzling gowns, some got it right and some oh well...my favourite of the night had to be the blue satin gown by Stella McCartney worn by the Madonna who looks fab!

Rihanna joined the Queen of Pop and wore Stella McCartney also Stella was one of the designers who seemed to dress most of the A list ladies. Ageless Iman wore Stella McCartney jumpsuit.
 Eva MendesGwyneth Paltrow Naomi Watts all wore Stella McCartney.
Then there was Beyonce who wore Emilio Pucci tight mermaid dress. Bey found hard to walk in the tight fitted Pucci dress Ciara wore Prabal Gurung gown
Jennifer Lopez wore Gucciand Keri Hilson wore Versace and Alicia Keys wore Givenchy

Osama Bin Laden body thrown to sharks at the Arabian sea

At ten to four this morning just when an insomniac was falling sleep she was waken by phone call.

TURN ON THE NEWS! OSAMA BIN LADEN IS DEAD! 

And within ten minutes, Facebook and Twitter came alive with Osama's death.

I went to bed at seven am and since then the mood has changed. Now anyone with common sense got one or two questions. How come the most wanted man was buried at the sea without verification and how many Osama Bin Laden were there. 

And now that he is dead do we really believe that the Al Qaeda is going to die with him? Osama has been nothing but face of Al Qaeda lately. The man has been suffering from kidney failure and was perhaps on dialysis.  What he left behind is a dangerous ideology that some of his followers are going to use and manipulate the easily led.
And if its true and he was killed combat isn't funny how he was found in Pakistan in a mansion in a city where Pakistani army has base and not in some dungeon in mountains of Afghanistan? 

US government said they have buried Osama at sea... hold on now what sea. Didn't he die in Pakistan and nearest sea to that nation is the Arabian Sea. Now how many divers are going to go and look for his body, lets be honest right about now... seriously Obama threw Osama to the sharks.

Forget the birthers conspiracy theories, now we will witness conspiracy theory of all conspiracies theories.

Anyway I have always believed that this guy died perhaps years ago there was even bloody documentaries on BBC and Channel Four about his health and the possibility that he has died. 

At least this will shut the fucking birthers, if they are right then it took a Muslim Kenyan called Obama to kill Osama and not Bush.  How could we forget Bush

 anyone who was complaining about the royal wedding press coverage will be wishing it was front cover news once more. Because from this day until the end of the year Osama is going to the headline news around the world. There will be hundreds perhaps even thousands of documentaries and films.
