Parking Permits
All parking permits, passes etc., are issued by, and remain the property of Laurentian University. They are solely for the use of the party to whom they are issued. Transfer by sale or exchange renders the permit invalid. Unauthorized use will result in the confiscation of the permit. In addition, the vehicle may be towed and parking privileges suspended.
Parking Rates for 2016/2017
The cost of parking card deposits and parking card replacements will be $10. There will be a $20 replacement fee for all lost hang tags.

Semester Rate: $313.50

General Parking Information
Visitors may use Pay and Display machines at Lot A, B, C, D, E or F or parking meters at the B.F. Avery Physical Education Center. Our visitor parking rates are $2 per hour, $8 for the day and the machines only take coins. Once a visitor has purchased a parking stub from a Pay and Display machine, it is for that area only and cannot be transferred to any other Pay and Display area or parking lot.
Lot F is located nearest the entrance to the Starbucks/Library entrance. This is a complimentary - 30 minute only parking space.
All Laurentian University Security Officers have been authorized to issue By-Law infraction notices on Laurentian property. This means that persons receiving an infraction notice will have to attend at the Provincial Offenses Office, 199 Larch Street, Suite #102, Sudbury, Ontario, P3E 5P9 or they can be paid online at www.greatersudbury.ca.
Parking Fees
Coin fees are posted at the entrance and exit gates and are paid upon exiting campus parking areas. Current coin fees are listed below. NOTE: This fee applies each time you exit the parking areas. correct change is required.
Daily Rate: $5.00
Nightly Rate (after 7pm): $2.00

Pass Card Fees
Pass Cards can be purchased in annual, two-semester, one-semester, and monthly terms. There are savings in purchasing longer term Pass Cards. All cards require a $10.00 deposit in addition to the fees listed below. This deposit is refundable upon return of the Pass Card within 6 months of expiration and in good condition. This refund is available through the Parking Sales Counters.

- Pass Card fees are subject to change without notice. Pass is for one calendar month and active from the 1st to the end of the month.
- There is a $10.00 Deposit required for the parking card which is refundable when the card is returned in good condition.
- Deposits are refundable ONLY if returned within 6 Months of card expiration

- Night Rate (After 7p.m.) = $2.00
