| May 26, Thursday | Students withdrawing from Spring Session first-term courses after this date will receive an "F" on their academic record. The method of determining final grades for the Spring Session first-term and full-term courses must be submitted to, and approved by the Department Chairs/School Directors and the Dean prior to this date. |
| June 3, Friday | Final examination questionnaires for Spring Session firstterm courses must be submitted by the academic units to the Office of the Registrar prior to this date. |
| June 10 & 11 | Final examinations for Spring Session first term courses Friday and Saturday and mid-term examinations for distance education courses. |
| June 13, Monday | Second-term courses begin. |
| June 16, Thursday | Students withdrawing from Spring Session full-term courses after this date will receive an "F" on their academic record. |

| July 4, Monday | Submission of final grades for first-term courses. |

The method of determining final grades for Spring Session second-term courses must be submitted to, and approved by Department Chairs/School Directors and the Dean prior to this date. |
| July 15, Friday | Final examination questionnaires for Spring Session second-term and full-term courses must be submitted by the academic units to the Office of the Registrar prior to this date. |

| August 26, Friday | Applications for graduation at the Fall Convocation must be submitted prior to this date. Revised grades or approved extension dates for students assessed an Incomplete ("I") in Spring Session courses must be submitted by Department Chairs/School Directors to the Office of the Registrar prior to this date. If revised grades or approved extension dates have not been submitted prior to this date, an automatic "F" will be recorded on the student's academic record. |
