Description
Flamingo is a message storage plugin originally created for Contact Form 7, which doesn’t store submitted messages.
After activation of the plugin, you’ll find Flamingo on the WordPress admin screen menu. All messages through contact forms are listed there and are searchable. With Flamingo, you are no longer need to worry about losing important messages due to mail server issues or misconfiguration in mail setup.

Installation

Does what I needed
Does what I needed. Saves sent messages and is flexible with custom fields as well.
Good but not perfect
Overall its a good plugin but it shows the sender name still like “[your name]” at least in my case. And also doesn’t save the uploaded files to anywhere so you basically can’t access the file if you haven’t received through email. I believe which destroys the whole purpose.
Excellent addition to Contact Form 7
A great addition to Contact Form 7 especially as the plugin I was using has stopped being developed. Works well on our site.

As a long-time user of custom contact form, this is a nice addition.
But – and this is why I gave only 4 stars – I would like to get a notification on new submissions. Like the update-notifications for plugins.

Needs manual addition to show fields + mail body does not opening on some servers, “Cannot load flamingo_inbound” message.
