Excellent day at stoke! My son is an arsenal fan ( don't shoot me 😂) his first game was last weekend to watch his heroes play and they won ! He loved the atmosp...here and my husband was also very impressed! To add to the excitement my boy who's captain of his school football team played on the very same pitch at your ground yesterday in the Danone cup final where he scored a beauty in the same net as he put it as Sanchez ! ( his hero ) and they got to the semi final ! The staff and atmosphere were amazing ! I really enjoyed my visit !!! See More

My son and I have season tickets in block 22 of the Boothen Stand. Last Saturday against Liverpool our view was blocked by photographer no 29 who had a stool mu...ch higher than any of the others. We did not see any of the goals since they were at the other end. We pay for a view, not a restricted view, we were not the only ones who had problems with this. See More

Much better experience at Stoke than in recent years fans don't seem to be as vocal or aggressive as in the past. Stewards friendly and in general the atmospher...e was good. Car Parking good but stewards on car park were slow to let cars out causing a slow getaway from the ground. Need to balance pedestrian movement & car getaway better. See More

Hi folks , yh i took my lad to his first Stoke match on the 8th of may against Liverpool. We thoroughly enjoyed it , staff were good and helpful, facilities we...re great shame Stoke didnt win but I put that down to poor lines man . Unfortunately I won't be taken my lad again as some people's language is the worst iv heard and don't want any of my kids repeating it. See More

Great day out at Stoke City for my 10 year old son's first Premier League game. The staff around the ground - stewards, car park attendants and people in club shop were all very friendly and helpful too. A great experience.

Absolutely the worst security grounds people ever 😡 Was parked in a disabled bay at the ground and was promised that as soon as 4 coaches left I could go too. T...he coaches left as did another disabled car but they kept me in the ground for 20 MINUTES and when I asked the head groundsman he told me to 'FUCK OFF' I have wrote a complaint to the club and am waiting for a reply.
The ground has no screen to watch replays and the PA didn't even read out any other scores that were taking place. Absolutely no atmosphere from Stoke fans. It was all West Ham fans making noise. See More

My grandsons bought me the new home shirt for my 60th birthday and had it personalised with 60 and grandad put on the back. It was bought online by their mum. T...hey bought me the XL like my others. I've tried it on and it's so tight it's untrue. I then find out that the shirts, sold in the U.K. are EU sized. I've just rung the club shop to be told by Gemma that basically, tough. Great customer service. Buyer beware. After 53 years a supporter and a season ticket holder for almost forty years, sad that tough is the response. See More

Stoke are a fantastic run club and supporters should get behind the team at all times instead of moaning am so proud of my club some don't know how lucky they are60 years of of supporting the best team anyone could have wished to have supported stoke till I die

The Staff at the ground are so helpful and considerate. Parking is made easy to access and the facilities are very good. The view of the ground is great - you feel so close to the players

It's an absolute sh*thole!! Only 2 good things about the experience were the drubbing we gave The Potters (finally!) & the wonderful oatcake from barge on the way back down the canal... oh and leaving Stoke - that's always nice!

Food options a bit poor, staff ok, good parking, nice sitting with the stoke fans despite being a Liverpool fan, did my best not to react at the goals we scored...! I don't care what they say, oat cakes are literally the worst 'food' I can imagine, great day out though, daughters first match and overall a nice club with decent people. See More

Away end small even without a huge amount of fans attending, on a lovely day it was draughty and uncomfortably cold , not the cheapest stadium for food and drink , staff polite though and helpful , didn't feel intimidated by home fans . Won't be in a hurry to return !

Took my son to the match with me we went in the wado suit for food etc my son as a bad nut allergy spoke to caterers they were very helpful and reassuring great day out helped by the result
