Admission pricing for 2018 is as follows:

Pre-Registration (form and payment received or postmarked by Midnight, TBD):

• Single Day $15.00
• Weekend $25.00 (this is a $20.00 discount)
• Judges will receive a $10 discount per event slot their submitted games are approved to run in. If you wish to submit a game for approval, please fill out Event Registration for each event and slot you want to run.
• AGAIN THIS YEAR ~~~ We will be offering some game sign ups in advance of the convention for those pre-registered and pre-paid attendees. We will send out a survey to all pre-registered attendees (and judges) AFTER September 23rd where you will be able to select your first and second choices for each time slot. If you do not see your survey by September 26th, please email the Games Staff. Thank you for your patience!

**ROCK-CON appreciates our Military, Firefighter and Police (active duty and veteran) Attendees and will offer discounted admission on-site with ID showing proof of service (DEERS Card, DD214, etc). If you choose to pre-register at the "normal" price to take advantage of advanced game sign-up, we can refund the difference through PayPal at the Reception Desk with your verified ID - PLEASE ASK THE REGISTRATION STAFF WHEN YOU PICK UP YOUR BADGE FOR YOUR DISCOUNT.

Badges will be issued on-site at the Reception Desk. Your badge IS your access to the convention. Please keep it with you and be prepared to show it to Convention Staff. If you misplace your badge, you will have to pay for a new one (attendees who registered online get a discount on replacement badges).

We heard from many in 2017 that there were better accommodation options than we were able to obtain as a room block. We don't wish to hinder you obtaining your best value.
