I have the same complaint as others I have seen submitted..the sweepstakes pages keep saying error or bad error. So it’s similar to offering a beer to an alcoholic then pulling out of reach at the last moment. Why? Why? Why?

I think your IT people aren't up to the job. It's been TWO weeks since I could enter the BHG and Martha Stewart sweeps. I've had the pages "sit there" after entering the captcha. I've had the HPPT 400 error and I've had the page won't load (or something like that. I give up now. No more messages to try to get help. You've made it very tough to contact you about these problems. That's sad for such a large organization.

Now half the sweep pages won't load. I get a HTTP: 400 ERROR. C'mon, people. Let's get this straightened out. It doesn't look good to have broken links.

I cannot find where the page to download Christmas gift tags that were in the 2018 Farmhouse Christmas magazine. I know it's March 2019 now, but I found tags from 2017. A logical person would expect tags from a year later would still be available. I find your web page to be hard to find what you want. Please help.

Sweepstakes page for BHG, Martha Stewart and All Recipes have not worked for 4 days in a row and were not working properly for a week before that. A notice I tried to send you regarding this issue came back as site not working (gmail notice). Problem started with BHG site. Kay Lynn (and I am a subscriber)

I have been saving recipes from this site for several months. Now I find I am unable to access these recipes. I have been a subscriber of the magazine and am on the website almost daily. If I can't access the recipes I want, I will not be renewing my subscription. So tell me folks.....how do I access the recipes I have been saving?? p.s. I noticed someone else was having the same problem and got no answer to their query as to how to access the recipes they had saved. I had better get an answer...and soon.

I unsubscribed from everything. I like to "copy" recipes I would like to try and put in my recipes - can't "copy" ingredients in your recipes? If I can't do that the recipe is worthlezas - I don't have time or desire to hand write recipes....Mary Filbert
