Development
Tax Foundation seeks a Grants Manager to join our development team. The Grants Manager will be responsible for helping maintain strong relationships with foundation donors, identifying new prospects, writing proposals and reports, and tracking and coordinating foundation donor engagement.
Tax Foundation offers a competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Benefits include HSA-based health coverage (TF covers an amount equivalent to three-quarters of a reference plan and deposits $1,500 annually for individuals and $3,000 annually for families into the HSA). We offer a 401(k) retirement plan (100% match on first 5%), and we cover 100% of the premiums for dental and vision coverage premium and provide life/AD&D/LTD insurance. Additionally, we offer 12 paid holidays per year, 15 vacation days per year, generous sick leave, and our office is closed during the week between Christmas and New Year’s Day. We also offer casual Fridays and an early release on those days.

The Tax Foundation offers HSA-based health coverage (we cover an amount equivalent to three-quarters of the silver-level premium and deposit the amount of the deductible into the HSA), dental and vision coverage, and life/AD&D/LTD insurance.
We understand that life is more than work. That’s why we take off 12 holidays per year, offer 15 vacation days per year, offer sick leave, and encourage leaving the office early on Fridays.
