Here's a gif that people with anxiety have found calming. The National Health Service in the UK recommend breathing exercises if you are experiencing anxiety or a panic attack. "Breathe in as slowly, deeply and gently as you can, through your nose," they write on their website. "Breathe out slowly, deeply and gently through your mouth. Some people find it helpful to count steadily from 1 to 5 on each in-breath and each out-breath. Close your eyes and focus on your breathing." If you experience panic a lot you may have a panic disorder, and they recommend seeking help by booking an appointment with your doctor. Credit: Imgur / bonechatters
