Overview: Harshvardhan Neotioa is a pioneering industrialist of Kolkata who developed and promoted the Ambuja Neotia group nearly two decades back. The Ambuja group's sole aim was to bring about a revolutionary change in the lifestyles of the people of all groups. Bengal Ambuja is the very first joint sector group which entered into a joint partnership with the Government of West Bengal. These are all landmark projects in Kolkata but the group has constructed several landmark projects in Siliguri, Durgapur, and Shantiniketan also. The group has also inaugrated the Bhagirathi Neotia Women and Child Care Centre in which the people can avail several health facilities at a very affordable rate. Landmark Projects: The group has constructed several landmark projects. Udyan, The Condoville which is located in Eastern Metropolitan Bypass has been designed by Balkrishna Doshi. It is spread over 25 acres of land and has 1600 homes and open spaces. This residential project is recognised by HUDCO for its architectural planning and excellence. The Upoban in Shantiniketan is another landmark project designed by Prabir Mitra.
