Employees are the backbone of any company therefore their management plays a major role in
deciding the success of an organization. Employees Management Software makes it easy for
the employer to keep track of all records. This software allows the administrator to edit
employees, add new employees, transfer/promote/terminate employees. Each employee in the
database is associated with a position can be added and edited when need arises. Employees can
be transferred between positions easily without having to retype back their information in the
database. You can check to see if there are duplicate positions/employees in the database.  Most
of all, the employer can assign tasks to employees and assess their progress in order to keep track
of employee performance.
A flexible and easy to use Employee Management software solution for small and medium sized
companies provides modules for personnel information management thereby organization and
companies are able to manage the crucial organization asset – people. The combination of
these modules into one application assures the perfect platform for re-engineering and aligning
Human Resource processes along with the organizational goals. This system brings about an
easy way of maintaining the details of employees working in any organization.
It is simple to understand and can be used by anyone who is not even familiar with simple
employees system. It is user friendly and just asks the user to follow step by step operations by
giving easy to follow options. It is fast and can perform many operations for a company.
The goal of this project is to design and develop an employee management system to fill existing
gaps in the electronic management of employees.

Millions of people around the world today use digital tools and platforms to create and share sophisticated cultural artifacts. This book focuses on one such platform: Instagram. It places Instagram image culture within a rich cultural and historical context, including histories of photography, cinema, graphic design, as well as contemporary social media, design trends, music video, and k-pop. At the same it uses Instagram as a window into the identities of a young global generation connected by common social media platforms, cultural sensibilities, and visual aesthetics.

My book is an experiment to see how we can combine traditional “qualitative” approaches of media theory and art history with quantitative analysis that uses “big cultural data” and computational methods. I am drawing on the analysis of 15 million images shared on Instagram in 16 global cities during 2012–2015 carried out in our Cultural Analytics Lab, publications from many other labs, my own informal observations from using Instagram for five years, and my direct observations of mobile phone photography cultures during 2010–2015 in 58 cities located in 31 countries.

Potensiometri merupakan aplikasi langsung dari persamaan Nernst dengan cara pengukuran potensial dua elektroda tidak terpolarisasi pada kondisi arus nol. Konduktometri merupakan metode dengan dua elektroda inert yang konduktansi elektrolit antara kedua elektrodanya diukur. Potensiometri dan konduktomerti adalah dua metode yang dapat digunakan untuk menentukan suatu konstanta ionisasi asam lemah melalui analisis antara metode potensiometri dengan konduktometri dalam menentukan konsentrasi larutan standar NaOH dari Ka asam asetat. Hasil percobaan diperoleh Ka pada potensiometri dan konduktometri diperoleh sebesar 4,00x10-8 dan 1,3343x10-8 dengan nilai ketepatan berturut-turut sebesar 0,23% dan 0,08%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa metode potensiometri lebih baik dibandingkan dengan metode konduktometri.

Green HRM is the emerging topic in current scenario. There is increasing require for strategic Green HRM the combination of environmental management into HRM. Organizations Human Resource function can be important in helping a broad approach for making a culture of sustainability. The strategy engage applying changes to the different functions of HR like recruitment, induction, training and development, conducting performance appraisal, and also determining employee compensation. Green HRM scheme within HR form a wider form of corporate social responsibility. The Green Human Resource Management will participate an important role in organizations to help the environment related problems by assuming it, in management philosophy, HR policies and practices, training people and implementation of laws related to Environment safety. In this paper an attempt has been made to promote the importance Green HR involves two essential elements environment friendly HR practices and preservation of Knowledge capital. Green HRM means using every employee interface in such a manner in order to promote and maintain sustainable business practices as well as creating awareness, which in turn, helps organizations to operate in an environmentally sustainable fashion. Hence, Green HRM encompasses two major elements: environmental-friendly HR practices and the preservation of the knowledge capital. Present study, focus on Green HRM as a strategic initiative by the corporate to promote sustainable business practices.

The intrinsic vulnerabilities in the cyberspace and ever-escalating cyber-attacks tend to continuously threaten the national security, economy and daily life of citizens. More than fifty countries, around the world, have formulated their Cyber Security Strategies to address the grave concerns of national cyber security. A cyber security strategy is particularly aimed at securing the national cyberspace from malevolent cyber threat vectors, but owing to the varying threat landscape, considerable variations can be seen in the preventive, defensive and offensive measures and approaches adopted by each country. This research paper analyzes and compares National Cyber Security Strategies of twenty countries based on the documented legal, operational, technical and policy-related measures. The majority of the strategies have described the need of appointing an official body for leading the cyber security tasks at the national level and establishment of Computer Emergency Response Teams (CERT/CSIRT) to fight cyber-attacks targeting national cyberspace. However, disparity lies in the understanding of major key terms (particularly cyber security and cyberspace), characterization of the cyber threats, aims and description of cyber awareness and capacity building programs, legislative measures etc. Based on the comparison, the research specifies and recommends best practices for improving the state of national cyber security and resilience. The countries planning to develop or update their cyber security strategies can use this research study to their advantage.
