05. nov 2024 | NOMINATIONS. The Danish film ‘The Girl with the Needle’ by Magnus von Horn has received three European Film Award nominations in the categories ‘Best actress’ and ‘Best Screenwriter’.

Danish documentary selected as IDFA opening film

15. oct 2024 | DOCUMENTARY. The Danish documentary ‘About a Hero’ by Piotr Winiewicz will serve as the opening film at the renowned International Documentary Film Festival Amsterdam (IDFA) on 14 November.

'The Girl with the Needle' is Denmark's Oscar Entry

19. sep 2024 | OSCAR 2025. The Danish Oscar Submitting Committee has unanimously chosen 'The Girl with the Needle' as Denmark's entry in the International Feature Film category for the upcoming Academy Awards.
