What's the one task you'd automate first? You don't need a big idea to start vibe coding. You need a small, annoying one. The best first projects replace work you're already doing manually every week, the same way. If you can describe the inputs and the output, you can build it. No programming background. No 10-step tutorial. Just start with one workflow and see what happens. Learn more about vibe coding here: https://msft.it/6046QNLUu

AI is transforming the world of marketing. In this clip, Jack Rowbotham breaks down how AI agents are moving beyond assistance into real execution, and why his role as a marketer is increasingly focused on judgement and directing outcomes. It’s a shift at the heart of Ryan Roslansky and Aneesh Raman's new book, Open to Work: How to Get Ahead in the Age of AI. When tasks evolve, so do roles. When humans stay at the center, AI amplifies what people do best.

One of the biggest challenges people face at work today isn’t AI, it’s knowing where to start. Karen K. Ngo explains what it looks like to use AI as a partner for momentum, helping turn hesitation into progress. That mindset is at the heart of Open to Work: How to Get Ahead in the Age of AI by Ryan Roslansky and Aneesh Raman — focusing on how people can engage early, stay adaptable, and build confidence as work evolves.

I’m fortunate to have the opportunity to work closely with Ryan Roslansky, and one of the things I appreciate most about him is the way he’s able to simplify complex and abstract ideas. His idea that every job is now three kinds of task does exactly that. In a world where there’s a lot of hype and fear around AI and what it means for the future of work, this framework is a useful model to help us envision what our jobs, our teams, and our organizations will look like in the months and years to come.
