Support pasting images directly into the chat input (clipboard paste)

What

Allow images to be pasted directly into the chat input from the clipboard
(e.g. Cmd+V), the same way Quick Desktop and similar apps let you paste a
screenshot straight in. Today an image has to be saved to a file first and
then uploaded through the file picker.

Why

The current save-to-file → upload flow is a poor experience. When you take a
screenshot or copy an image from another app, you want to paste it into the
conversation immediately. Having to first save it to disk and then browse for
it adds friction and breaks the flow, especially for quick screenshots.

Additional Context

• Requested from the KiroCrew dashboard chat UI.
• Ideal behavior: paste (Cmd/Ctrl+V) an image from the clipboard directly into
  the chat composer, with the image attached inline — no intermediate file
  save or manual upload step.
• Related to the existing file-upload / attachment mechanism in the dashboard
  chat input.

🤖 Kiro Crew Auto-Pipeline [operator: bolichen97]: Reasonable and well-scoped — the dashboard chat composer already has a file-attachment path, so this is a paste handler that reads image blobs off ClipboardEvent.clipboardData.items and feeds them into that same attachment pipeline rather than a new upload surface. Keeping it to what you asked for: clipboard images only, attached inline, no intermediate save-to-disk step, and non-image clipboard content continues to paste as text unchanged. Starting an automated fix — this issue is now claimed by bolichen97's instance.

🤖 Kiro Crew Auto-Pipeline [operator: bolichen97]: Implementation PR opened: #2520 — fixes the silent no-op for Copy-Image clipboards (text/html without text/plain) and synthesizes timestamped filenames for unnamed/placeholder clipboard screenshots, funneling everything through the existing picker upload path (same size/type limits and error surfaces). Driving it to green now.
