🚨 U.S. SENATE UNANIMOUSLY OPPOSES PARDON FOR FTX FOUNDER SBF The U.S. Senate unanimously adopted a bipartisan resolution opposing any presidential pardon, commutation or federal clemency for Sam Bankman-Fried. The non-binding resolution states that the former FTX CEO should remain accountable for his crimes and continue serving his 25-year prison sentence.
