I've re-organized the navbox around categories, which I think makes it easier to navigate, and imparts some information about museums at a glance. I removed a few places from the list, with these rationales:

Part of the Museum of Science and Industry: Fab Lab MSI, U-505, Great Train Story
Not museums: Arts Club of Chicago (private club), Rock N Roll McDonald's (restaurant), Museum of Classic Chicago Television and Chicago Postcard Museum (websites)
Not in Chicago: Cuneo Museum, Frank Lloyd Wright Home and Studio, USCGC Acacia (WLB-406)
Closed: ABA Museum of Law, The Peace Museum, Terra Museum, Money Museum
