I've tested this and it is fixing #44986 and mechatroner/vscode_rainbow_csv#3
If passing two parameters (
hugeFileSizeandhugeFileNumLines) around looks too bad, I can replace them with a singleallowHugeFileSyntaxwhich would be false by default.
