Upload, date, locate your sound file from MONO to 7.1 ( BWF, WAV, AIFF ).
Describe it with text, image and tags. If it's not, convert to BWF. Add metadata as EBU Tech 3285 and FADGI recommendations. File it to your library and create a proxy sound file. Download it, or part of it, when and where you want. LYS means open your personal broadcast sound store and select what you want to sell to broadcast world. LYS means a world sound mapping.
THE MAP
The map shows all the soundscapes that users decide to make public by making them available both for free listening (a very compressed low quality mono mp3 file) and for downloading (high quality original file, mono or multi channel like described in its features). The downloadable published soundscapes can be DEMO (*) (demonstrative and free) or FOR SALE (for a fee).
(*) DEMO soundscapes can be downloaded entirely for free in their original quality. However, all sounscapes can still be downloaded for free, for a maximum of 9 seconds, in order to better understand the recording quality.
GOLDEN CANNON
To be able to sell your soundscapes, you need to activate a "Populating the Map" or "Library" plans. The selling price is decided by the owner of the published soundscape and is expressed in Golden Cannon (GC), internal currency of LYS. In case of a sale, the user will receive the full amount of the GCs requested by him. The user can reuse the credit or request a conversion into real currency. To purchase GCs through the special page, you must have your own active subscription. The purchased and available GCs are visible within your profile.

Fully describe your soundscapes
Sondascapes uploaded may be fully described by adding varoius weather conditions, environment contaminations, brief and long descriptions and also recorders and microphones used. All info will be stored also in your broacast files
Images and videos
Sound is image and image is sound.. and for this reason LYS permit to add related images or videos to your soundscapes

Long ambience records are best sound way to describe a location and LYS love them, but don't worry: you can download the entire file or only the part that you need!
Free listening
Sounds on LYS map can be listened form everyone, but don't worry: they aren't the originals files. They are MONO Lo-Fi proxy files that can't be used in broadcast world.
