Grok Bot had an amazing launch coordinated with influencers here on X. OpenClaw was a viral hit, Hermes used regular releases to promote and gain traction. Both use Discord extensively. All great case studies and all have different outcomes.

Grok Bot has the autonomous agent mindshare right now. Hermes had it. OpenClaw had it. All are great products in their own right, but Grok Bot has the best (and even unfair) GTM approach. 1. They have a social media platform to distribute through as well as Elon’s megaphone

This is me arguing with Grok Bot to justify the VPS for my workflow. TL;DR it couldn't. The mandatory VPS is a shiny thing that holds this hold product back imo.
