WebSockets just landed in TanStack AI. 🚀 One socket for the whole conversation. Full-duplex. And if it drops mid-stream, the client reopens at the last offset and replays only the gap, no second model call. Works on Node (`ws`) and Cloudflare (`toWebSocketResponse`)
