[Improve] Add default implement for SeaTunnelSink::setTypeInfo

Purpose of this pull request

This PR add default implement for SeaTunnelSink::setTypeInfo. So we can remove all implement in SeaTunnelSink if it implement TableSinkFactory. Also remove some prepare method of these SeaTunnelSink.
