Cinema britânico é o conjunto das produções cinematográficas realizadas no Reino Unido (e, até 1921, na Irlanda também).O cinema Britânico possui uma tradição significativa desde o final do século XIX. e século XX, a indústria se desenvolveu de forma muito própria, marcada por produções literárias adaptadas, dramas sociais e comédias de humor característico. Durante as décadas de 1930 e 1940, estúdios como Ealing Studios ajudou a consolidar o cinema nacional. Diretores influentes como Alfred Hitchcock, que iniciou sua carreira no Reino Unido antes de sua ascensão em Hollywood, e David Lean, conhecido por épicos como Lawrence of Arabia, contribuíram para o prestígio internacional do cinema britânico. Movimentos como o British New Wave introduziram narrativas mais realistas e focadas na vida da classe trabalhadora. No período contemporâneo, o Reino Unido continua a produzir filmes de grande alcance internacional, incluindo produções ligadas à franquia James Bond e adaptações literárias populares como a série Harry Potter.
